I used a piece of 1/2" plywood 18" x 12" and a 2x6 12" long screwed to one end to make a ramp.  I can remove it to clean debrie from inside the boat or reposition it for different hunters.

this year I got some vinyl and stapled it to the ramp over some foam sheeting (like a swiming noodle type foam) it should be very comfortable.

If you want to epoxy it down you can do it after you build it  just ruff up the spot you want to adhere to.
