All the hunting has been from shore and the kayak is more of a retriever, decoy fixer upper. Going to start building a few layout blinds from the plans offered for sale on this site. I think I could easily have one layout across the bow, and two on their sides along the side of the wheelhouse. Then I'll have two trashcans full of decoys. Looking forward to getting out there for better numbers of scoters, old squaw and hopefully an eider would be great. I'll let you know next season.
